Hot Pink Christmas

While we usually think of Christmas as a red and green holiday, sometimes it is fun to decorate your Christmas tree in a completely different color to brighten things up, and just have some off the wall fun.  One of my favorite colors for a Christmas tree is hot pink.  The hot pink can start with the tree itself, if you want to have a pink tree.  Or you can use a standard Christmas pine tree, and have all the decorations be hot pink.

A hot pink Christmas tree could include hot pink lights, hot pink ornaments, and hot pink tinsel.  To make it even more color coordinated, you might be interested in a hot pink tree skirt, and hot pink boughs for your mantel.  The hot pink color shows up well against a green tree, and you can also mix it with white for more color differentiation.

Hot pink is also called fuchsia, and you can find ornaments in different shades of pink and hot pink to add depth to your decorations.  Top off the Christmas tree with a bold hot pink bow, or angel wearing a hot pink dress.   If you are lucky, you might even find Santa lounging in his hot pink pajamas.
