Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
This page is about the upcoming Legend of Zelda game which is serving as a prequel to one of the greatest games of all time, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. The game, creatively named Skyward Sword has millions of fans around the world buzzing about one of the most promising games of 2011. With an already successful game on the Wii (Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess) Nintendo is looking to release a bestseller which is sure to find it’s way to homes all across America and the world.
The gameplay is different from every other Zelda game and most other games available. Using the Wii’s Wii-motion plus controller players are able to swing Link’s sword at the exact angles that they swing their controllers. With additional puzzles and strategies requiring a precise swinging of Link’s sword the players will not only have to think mentally but physically in order to advance through the game; a skill that no other game will teach to players.
Legend of Zelda became a sensation from the days of the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) and since then it has gained fans and popularity game after game with fans in all different age groups and from all different backgrounds. Link’s latest adventure should make no difference. The game is expected to be released at the end of 2011.
